The income of the Trust for the year ended 5th April 2006 after deduction of expenses of management and administration was £89,348. In that year grants given totalled £133,352, including a capital grant of £60,000 partly financed from reserves set up for the purpose. This net income arose from income received on the permanent endowment of the Trust which at 5th April 2006 was valued at £4,001,920.
The purpose of giving this information is to enable potential beneficiaries to be aware of the amount likely to be available for distribution to potential beneficiaries in future years.
These figures are taken from the audited financial statements of the Trust on which an unqualified audit report has been given.
The statements were approved by the Trustees on 20th October 2006 and a copy of them has been submitted to the Charity Commision.
